General Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience in the same position (4 or 5 stars chain hotel)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and administration
- Detail oriented with strong focus guest experience and F&B goals
- Ability to multitask and working under pressure.
