Position-Specific Requirements
Housekeeping (Daily Worker)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Familiar with housekeeping procedures, including guest room cleaning, bathroom sanitation, bed-making, and public area maintenance.
- Able to handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, and housekeeping supplies properly and safely.
- Physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and room presentation.
- Able to check room conditions and report maintenance issues, lost and found items, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required
Waiter (Daily Worker)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Passionate about Food & Beverage service, with a friendly, professional, and guest- oriented personality.
- Familiar with basic restaurant service procedures, including table setup, order taking, food and beverage service, and clearing tables.
- Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members, with basic English communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about menu items and able to respond to guest inquiries regarding food and beverages.
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in the restaurant and service areas.
- Responsible, disciplined, well-groomed, and able to work effectively in a team and a fast-paced environment.
