Position-Specific Requirements
Security (Daily Worker)
- Previous experience in security is preferred, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Familiar with security procedures, including access control, guest and visitor monitoring, patrolling, and incident prevention.
- Physically fit, alert, observant, and able to respond appropriately to emergencies, security incidents, and suspicious activities.
- Able to communicate effectively, handle security concerns professionally, and coordinate with other departments when necessary.
- Responsible, disciplined, honest, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and enforcing hotel security policies.
- Willing to work on shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
Waiter/Waitress (Daily Worker)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Passionate about Food & Beverage service, with a friendly, professional, and guest- oriented personality.
- Familiar with basic restaurant service procedures, including table setup, order taking, food and beverage service, and clearing tables.
- Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members, with basic English communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about menu items and able to respond to guest inquiries regarding food and beverages.
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in the restaurant and service areas.
- Responsible, disciplined, well-groomed, and able to work effectively in a team and a fast-paced environment.
