Requirements:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop strategies and effectively manage Human Resources functions
- Experienced in ensuring HR operations run effectively in accordance with established Saop's
- Strong understanding of labor regulations and capable of handling industrial relations profressionally
- Able to make strategic, firm, and data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented, highly ethical and possess strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in HR administration, employee database management and internal policy development
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Hospitality, or related field
