Profile:
- Proven leadership experience in 5-star luxury resorts, with strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-end group, MICE, and social event segments
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with strong revenue-driven mindset
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationship with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and internal stakeholders
