1. Pastry Sous Chef
Requirement:
- Indonesian citizen
- Minimum 2 years experience in related role
- Strong knowledge of bakery, patisserie, chocolates and contemporary desserts
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about high-end pastry production
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Self motivated and has ability communicate effectively in English
