General Requirement:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, in the same or similar role
- Strong leadership, strategic, thinking, and sales-driven mindset (ADOS & FOM)
- Excellent interpersonal, guest service, and communication skills
- Familiarity with hotel property management system (VHP preferred) and standard office applications
- Well groomed, highly motivated, guest oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast—paced environment
- Highly integrity, strong team player, and proactive attitude
