COZ Management is looking for a passionate and welcoming hospitality professional to join our team as a Host / Concierge. You will be the face of our property, ensuring our guests receive exceptional, personalized service and creating unforgettable memories during their stay.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about villa facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure a smooth guest experience throughout their stay.
- Maintain professional communication with guests and ensure high service
standards.
Requiements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, or a similar position is preferred.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
