Position:
1. Corporate E-commerce
Qualification:
- Vocational certificate in marketing studies, or degree in hotel management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality industry
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining hotel’s website
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce, including digital marketing strategies, website development platforms, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, and industry trends
- Proficient analytical web skills and ability to analyze website performance data (i.e. financial statical and/or performance)
- Experience with SEO/SEM practices
- Able to collaborate effectively with Marketing, IT, Sales, and other teams
- Familiarity with google analytics, google search console, or similar web performance tools
- Experience managing third-party vendors or website developers is a plus
