Requirements:
- Have a minimum 2 years work experience in the same field or position
- Excellent communication leadership skills and great upselling skill
- Strong knowledge of Front Office procedures and result oriented
- Focus on Guest Experiences and Business Effectiveness
- Have a good communication in Bahasa and English (written and spoken)
- Good and strong in communication & customer relations
- Able to work under-pressure, independently and working as a team
- Knowledge and familiar with VHP system
