Qualifications:
- Minimum 2—5 years of experience in Front Office operations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of Front Office procedures, guest relations and reservation handling
- Exceptional customer service skills with focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to resolve guest complaints and handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Computer literate and familiar with hotel systems
- Professional appearance with positive and proactive attitude
- Fluency in additional languages is an advantage
