General Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Human Resources in a hotel is required
- Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Knowledge of BPJS, employment regulations, and other HR compliance requirements is an advantage
- Experience in handling disciplinary procedures and employee grievance cases is preferred
