We are looking for the best candidates like you to fill the following position:
1. Director of Sales (DOS)
Can Works:
- Manages and oversees the sales operations
- Designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients and evaluating costs to determinte product pricing
- Provide professional advisory and support to General Manager in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment
- Work with other divisions to ensure guests satisfaction, process optimization and hotel's overall profitablity
- Implement strategies airned at cost minimization, productivity maximization without reduction in standard of quaity
- Monitor guest satisfaction result to identify shortfalls and remedy service issues
Job Requirements:
- A degree in hotel management or equivalent professional qualifications
- Have minimum 3 years experience in the same position
- Self-driven, excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
- Strong cost management, analytical and conceptualization skills
- Strong business and financial acument to drive revenue
