Vacant Position:
- Financial Controller
Your skills & experiences:
- Proven experience in a Financial Controller within the hospitality industry
- Strong financial leadership with the ability to partner with the General Manager and executive team to support business strategy and performance
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning
- Deliver accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting to Accor and ownership
- Solid knowledge of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and legislative adherence and provide financial guidance on management agreements, owners corporation matters, and HMA compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, controls policies, and reporting processes
