1. Operations Manager
Lead daily operations, guest service and sales while maintaining Nadi’s personal approach to hospitality and commitment to the environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee resort and café operations and maintain service standards across all departments.
- Engage with guests daily and respond to requests and concerns.
- Oversee reservations, enquiry follow-up, booking conversion and upselling.
- Monitor operational plans, staff rosters, daily tasks, inventory controls and SOP compliance.
- Check room readiness, property condition and café service.
- Coach team members, improve performance and encourage initiative and independent work.
- Review guest feedback, implement improvements and report on operational and sales results.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Operations Manager, Guest Experience Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Working knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and Maintenance operations.
- Experience overseeing sales and coaching teams in upselling.
- A hands-on, organized approach, with attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Experience at an eco-resort or sustainability-focused hospitality property is an advantage.

- Be willing to learn about regenerative hospitality and permaculture.
- Show initiative, take responsibility and deliver thoughtful service.
