1. Front of House - Resort & Cafe Host
Combine restaurant service with welcoming, checking in and hosting resort guests.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out and coordinate requests.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, process payments and prepare service areas.
- Communicate with guests in person and through written messages.
- Recommend dishes, rooms, activities and additional services.
- Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with other departments.
- Follow service standards and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Good conversational and written English.
- Experience in restaurant service, Front Office or another guest-facing role.
- Warm, attentive and confident hosting guests.
- Active, organized and proactive.
- Comfortable combining restaurant and Front Office duties.
Working at Nadi:
- Work at a farm-centered resort and café, with daily guest contact in an outdoor environment.
- Collaborate across departments and help where needed.
- Be willing to learn about regenerative hospitality and permaculture.
- Show initiative, take responsibility and deliver thoughtful service.
