1. Housekeeping Supervisor
Lead Housekeeping and Gardening to maintain clean, comfortable rooms and well-kept outdoor areas.
Responsibilities:
- Allocate tasks, supervise teams and check completed work.
Inspect rooms before release and check public areas, gardens and pathways.
- Coordinate cleaning, special setups, turndown and outsourced laundry.
- Maintain inventory and check linen, supplies and equipment.
Report defects and follow up repairs.
- Train employees and coordinate room readiness with Front Office.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or senior Housekeeping employee.
- Knowledge of room inspections, cleaning, laundry, inventory and chemical safety.
- Ability to supervise Housekeeping and routine Gardening work.
- Conversational English for guest requests and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and confident coaching employees.
- Eco-resort or nature-based property experience preferred.
