1. Director of Engineer
The Director of Engineering will lead the engineering division, driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
This role requires a visionary leader who can balance technical expertise with strong people management skills, ensuring that engineering initiatives align with the company's mission and long-term objectives.

- Define and execute the engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap Promote cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and operations teams Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
