We're looking for a qualified candidate to fill up the vacant position of:
Head of Engineering
Job Description:
Responsible for the overall Engineering operations in the villa.
General Requirements:
- Male
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP, electrical, plumbing, civil works, and villa equipment.
- Able to troubleshoot, repair, and handle technical issues independently.
- Able to lead the Engineering team and manage daily maintenance activities.
- Able to plan and implement preventive maintenance to ensure all villa facilities operate properly
- Able to work independently, including shift work and emergency situations.
- Able to manage maintenance costs, spare parts, and technical reports.
- Responsible for ensuring safety, work quality, and the proper functioning of all villa facilities.flexible and adaptive environment
