1. Brand & Product Development Specialist (Freelance – WFA)
Region: Indonesia only
Job Description:
- Conduct market, trend, and competitor research for product development
- Identify and develop new product ideas based on market needs
- Create branding concepts and product positioning
- Provide direction for product visual concepts and packaging
- Create branding briefs and guidelines aligned with brand identity
- Assist in the product development process from ideation to launch
- Ensure brand identity consistency across all platforms and products
- Evaluate and improve product and branding concepts
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Brand Development or Product Development
- Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and product strategy
- Skilled in market research and trend analysis
- Strong design sense and creative thinking skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Up to date with digital trends and consumer behavior
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
