The Kana Kuta Hotel, located at JI Setiabudi No. 8 Kuta (Simpang Siur ), is currently seeking potential candidate to fill position below:
1. Chef De Partie
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Diploma in Culinary or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
3. Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
4. Ability to manage and supervise a designated kitchen section independently.
5. Good knowledge of food preparation & presentation, portion control, recipe standards, and quality consistency.
6. Able to lead, train, and motivate the team members.
7. Knowledge of inventory control, stock rotation, and proper food storage procedures.
8. Good communication, teamwork, leadership, and time-management skills.
9. Good command of English is an advantage.
