Reservation Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in E Hotel Reservation or a similar position.
- Previous experience in a hotel, villa, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Proficient in VHP Cloud and familiar with hotel reservation systems.
- Good understanding of room availability, rates, bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
- Familiar with handling direct bookings and OTA reservations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Welcome Crew (Reception)
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D1/D3) in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Agent in a hotel.
- Proficient in VHP Hotel Management System or another hotel PMS.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of check-in, check-out, room assignment, reservation, and guest billing procedures.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good teamwork, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
Room Attendant (Casual)
Qualifications:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Housekeeping or hotel operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of basic room cleaning and housekeeping procedures.
- Able to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness according to hotel standards.
- Good physical stamina and able to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks.
- Good attention to detail.
