With have 31 rooms and 4 meeting rooms.
Now we are looking for passionate candidates for positions:
- Human Resources Specialist / Staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR position, preferably in hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, payroll)
- Good communication, interpersonal, and administration skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Discreet, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prepare payroll every month
- Handling daily financial operational of Sahati Hotel
Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment process and employee administration
- Manage training and employee development programs
- Maintain employee relations and awareness of HR policies
- Prepare reports related to HR activities
- Support daily HR operations and other HR initiatives
